This category allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their biological or adopted children under 22 years
Licensed RCIC-IRB • Personalized guidance for your application
This category allows Canadian citizens and permanent residents to sponsor their biological or adopted children under 22 years old who are unmarried, or older children who depend on their parents due to a mental or physical condition.
The child must meet dependency requirements, and their inclusion in the application is mandatory, even if they live with another parent or guardian.
Sponsors are responsible for supporting the child for 10 years or until they turn 25, whichever comes first.
Each case requires careful review.
