Overview

The Global Talent Stream (GTS) is part of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program that allows Canadian employers to hire highly skilled foreign workers in specific technical occupations quickly. GTS offers expedited processing of LMIA applications (target of 2 weeks) and work permit applications. There are two categories: Category A for employers referred by designated partners, and Category B for employers hiring for occupations on the Global Talent Occupations List.
